DIY S13 S14 LS1 T56 Swap Driveshaft - Use off the shelf parts
If you are swapping an LS1 or any LSX based motor (LQ9, LM7, LQ4, etc.) using a T56, you can create a driveshaft using off the shelf parts. You can use the following parts:
Driveshaft Flange Adapter 2-2-1309
U-Joint 3-3130
Camaro T56 or 4L60 driveshaft 12564004
Simply remove the driveshaft of the T56 driveshaft, and replace it with the u-joint listed above. The driveshaft flange adapter bolts to your differential, and the driveshaft will then slide into place.
